ALL PRICES and offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. We do not charge credit cards until the goods are available for despatch.
Goods paid for by cheque are dispatched as soon as stock is available, but please allow up to ten working days for cheque clearance. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the current price on the day of receipt. Goods ordered through the internet will be charged at the price ruling on the day of order indicated on the web site and by the online ordering system.
For out of stock items, delivery dates given are our best estimates, based on promises given to us by suppliers. In the UK we accept official orders from all UK Government departments, the MOD, schools and higher education, health authorities, Times 100 companies and approved credit accounts.

Payment

UK orders may be made by cheque or credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Access, Switch and Delta.
Overseas orders and internet orders will be charged in Sterling.
Prices for goods despatched to within the European Union (EU) are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rates on the day of despatch.

Delivery

PLACE your order for by 16-00 hrs (GMT) Monday to Friday and, subject to your credit card authorisation and stock availability, we will ship your order to UK addresses using a 48 hour delivery service.
We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items are shipped by recorded delivery service or via courier and a signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries can be made on Saturdays for an extra premium, please ask at the time of ordering for pricing.
International delivery times vary with weight and destination. Unless specifically requested delivery is not by guaranteed service.
We aim to fulfil the majority within 10 working days and all orders within 28 days of receipt.

Postage & Packing charges

United Kingdom

Our standard UK charge is Ł2.90 per order which covers all packaging, insurance and recorded delivery.

Overseas

Postage and packing within the EU is charged at Ł6-90 per order.

Postage and packing to the rest of the World is charged at Ł12-90 per order.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available and may be redeemed against any eDirectory product. Vouchers are available with a minimum value is Ł10, and in Ł5 increments thereafter. Gift Vouchers may only be used on eDirectory products, and not directly with any advertiser. No monetary alternative can be offered in place of Gift Vouchers, in full or in part.

Credit Accounts (UK only)

Accounts may be opened for UK Government Departments, Education, MOD, Health Authorities, and selected incorporated business, subject to status. Initial order value to open accounts must be in excess of Ł300. Credit account orders are only accepted on official stationery by fax or post. Credit accounts must be paid strictly within 30 days, and we reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities.

All special offers are subject to availability, and may be in promotional packaging (packaging may refer to boxes, manuals, etc.)

Prices and availability

Prices were correct at time of going to press and items listed were available or due for release at that time. Prices and availability are liable to change without notice. Please confirm prices when ordering if necessary. Prices herein replace all prices detailed in previous versions.

Liability, Warranty and Returns

All product descriptions and photographs are for illustration purposes and are designed to give an accurate representation of the product, but products may occasionally vary slightly from this representation and we reserve the right to amend, improve or withdraw products / specifications at any time and without notice.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. If, within five days of purchase, you find you have ordered incorrectly and providing that you have not opened the package or broken any shrink wrapped seals, you may telephone us for written authority and a returns number to return the goods to us at your cost. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of sales price or Ł15, whichever is higher. Please note the returns procedure may involve you dealing with the manufacturer directly. Where a manufacturer offers a money back guarantee, this will normally involve you sending the product directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves. We will only accept returns subject to these terms and conditions.

Computer software: for computer software check specifications and compatibility with your hardware before ordering. eDirectory cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of any kind arising from the use of any software purchased or provided free of charge. Due to copyright law we cannot accept opened software for return.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, this must be reported to the carrier immediately and to our Customer Services Dept within 48 hours of receipt who will arrange a replacement.

Internet online orders

Internet orders are made through our online shopping basket and payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, or Delta. When you send your order the data is automatically transmitted to eDirectory. Orders are confirmed to you by email but your credit card information is not sent via email for security reasons.

When ordering online please ensure that you:

Select the correct tax rate according to whether you live inside or outside the EU

Select the correct postage and packing charge according to the shipping destination and the Webshops from which you are ordering.

Specify your email address and telephone number

Specify the correct method of payment with a valid credit card number and the correct card expiry date

Please ensure you do not confirm submission of your order until you are satisfied you have ordered everything you require as each separate order will incur postage and packing at the appropriate rate.

NB: Customers who do not want to give out their credit card details over the Interenet can print out a Fax / Postal order form via the online shopping basket.
