These Affilaite Scheme Terms and conditions were last updated on 13/05/2003. By registering for our Affiliate Scheme, you agree to accept these Terms and conditions in full, in addition to our Website Terms and Conditons. This Affiliate Scheme is owned and operated by www.thepresentfinder.co.uk. 'We' or 'Our' means www.thepresentfinder.co.uk, 'you' or 'your' means the person registered on our website and signing up for the Affiliate Scheme.

1. Affiliate Registration

Any person or company owning or operating an Internet site can join our Afiiliate Scheme. www.thepresentfinder.co.uk reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate Affiliates from any site they deem as unsuitable. This includes, but is not limited to sites that:-

• Promote illegal activities
• Use the www.thepresentfinder.co.uk brand or logo in a method not conducive to our business activities

2. Revenues

Revenue is earned from the sale of all products on the website and is paid as a percentage of the selling price EXCLUDING shipping and delivery costs.
www.thepresentfinder.co.uk will pay Affilaite commission of 5% of the Company's income from the sale of products excluding shipping and delivery costs. This rate will be paid for any purchaser who follows an affiliate link from your site to www.thepresentfinder.co.uk and then places an order with us.

3. Payments

All payments will be by cheque, made payable to the Affiliate Registered name or Company name and paid in GB pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment is made monthly when the balance of your Affiliate account is £25 or greater. If your affiliate account is less than £25, the balance will be carried forward to the next month. Cheques are normally distributed within 15 days of the month end.

4. Operating conditions

The Affiliate shall represent www.thepresentfinder.co.uk and the website in a fair and business like manner at all times.
Affiliate links must only be placed on your own website(s) and you are solely responsible the website(s) and its contents and shall ensure that they conform at all times to all applicable laws and regulations.
www.thepresentfinder.co.uk shall not be liable for any material on the Affiliates site or for the conduct of the Affiliate.
Revenue shall only be earned as a direct result of a purchaser following a link from the Affiliates web site and placing an order with www.thepresentfinder.co.uk in the same Internet session. The affiliate shall not be entitled to any revenue for any subsequent orders by this purchaser should they go directly to the www.thepresentfinder.co.uk website bypassing the Affiliates link.
The affiliate shall not make any claim either direct or inferred that they are employed by www.thepresentfinder.co.uk or have any relationship with www.thepresentfinder.co.uk other than that listed in these Terms and conditions.

5. Termination of Agreement

A notice period of 30 days is required by the Affiliate or www.thepresentfinder.co.uk should either party wish to terminate this agreement. In the event of the affiliate wishing to terminate the agreement, the affiliate should e-mail notice to info@thepresentfinder.co.uk.
Upon termination of this agreement, no charge will be made by either party. Once the notice period has expired, www.thepresentfinder.co.uk shall dispatch a cheque for any outstanding revenue to the Affiliate.
www.thepresentfinder.co.uk reserve the right to immediately terminate the agreement with any affiliate in breach of these Terms and Conditions in which case no notice will be provided and any revenue outstanding will be cancelled.
Upon termination, the Affiliate agrees to immediately remove all material and links referring to the www.thepresentfinder.co.uk website.

6. Legals

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
www.thepresentfinder.co.uk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the commission rates paid without notice.
