The Blixer combines the features of two well known appliances - a blender and a mixer/cutter. It simplifies preparation of mixed or semi liquid meals and is ideal for preparing wet and dry foods. Suitable for sauces, mousses, butter mixtures, grinding and even food testing! Built in scrapers remove contents and keep you in complete control. Processes 0.4 to 3.5kg quantities per operation. Power: 1400W. Voltage: Single phase 230V. Speed: Variable: 300 - 3000 rpm. Induction motor. Magnetic safety system and motor brake. Stainless steel motor shaft. Pulse function. Delivered with: stainless steel 5.5 litre bowl with handle and a fine serrated blade stainless steel blade assembly. Tight sealing lid and a bowl and lid scraper. Dimensions (HxLxW): 50 x 27 x 34cm. 1 year warranty.
