Mobility Scooter.
This top of the range scooter, from the world’s foremost scooter designer, comes in a 3 or 4 wheel version. Common to both are the smart styling, excellent stability and thoughtful design. Easy to dismantle and assemble, there are no fiddly bits or oily parts to mark your car’s upholstery.
Comfort & Style
There’s also forward/reverse wig wag lever control, variable speed control, a comfy padded variable height seat with flip down arms & back and width adjustment, non-puncture foam tyres, patented forward motion seat facility, capacious wire basket, and strong moulded polypropylene platform in smart blue or red.
Passive Braking
Passive braking means that as soon as you release the wig wag, you come to a stop automatically. The brakes are electronic regenerative fail-safe magnetic. The digital speed controller regulates downhill speed gain even if the power is off – so there’s no chance of you breaking the land-speed record.
Rechargeable Battery Pack
The sealed-unit, deep-cycle gel battery pack just lifts off/drops into place and weighs only 6.5kg. You can charge up on the scooter, or take the pack indoors. Batteries are 2 x 12v 10Ah, charger input is 100 – 240v AC, output is 29.5v 1500mA. The motor is 336 watts output (0.45 horsepower), and that’s enough to get a 12 stone bloke up a steep incline!
3 Wheeler
The 3 wheeler also has excellent manoeuvrability, with a turning radius of 83cm (33"), and weighs only 28.5kg including battery. It folds down neatly to fit into the back of a small car.
4 Wheeler
With foursquare stability, this model can go over more rugged terrain if required. It’s nippier than many 4 Wheelers and, like it’s brother, it folds down to fit into the back of a small car. Weighing only 31.5 kg including battery.
