The Pilates method of body conditioning was originally developed in the 1920's to help dancers and professional athletes restore and build muscle tone and strength. Pilates uses fitness methods to train and strengthen your whole body. Each exercise allows the user to develop tighter stomach and abdominal muscles, as well as shaping and tightening your buttocks, hip and thighs. The Magic Pilates helps the user to increase their flexibility and coordination to stand taller and move with more grace.
This Magic Pilates machine is similar to the Pilates Performer that is advertised on QVC. This amazing machine comes with two videos and over 30 exercises. Also supplied is a diet and healthy eating book for a complete fitness and healthy new lifestyle. It comes with notes on nutrition, incorporating a 7 day healthy eating nutritional guide with a fat and calorie counter eating planner, so rev up and slim down for a healthy new you.
The first video is 15 minutes long and incorporates 10 pilates magic moves: • Correct breathing and core strengthening instruction
