Ken Hom 32cm N/S S/S Peking Wok with Glass Lid. These woks are for the serious cook and are of a wonderful standard. The Tao stainless steel woks are manufactured from 0.6mm high grade stailess steel with an impact bonded encapsulated aluminium base which gives superior heat conductivity so that the heat spreads through the wok rapidly and evenly ensuring a high qulaity cooking performance. On top of this, the woks are finished with QuanTanium® Non-stick Coating, which has been specially formulated to withstand the extreme heat generated from cooking with a wok. It is also metal utensil durable and has been reinforced with titanium particles for superior abrasion and sratch resistance.. . They are suitable for all hobs, including induction and are dishwasher safe. |
