Freezone. The Freezone invisible fence is designed to allow your dog to be free and safe inside a protected area while forbidding him access to certain places such as your flowerbeds, your swimming pool etc. How it works. A radio signal is sent through a transmitter to a collar with a receiver placed on the dog's neck. The transmitted signal is sent through a wire (buried or placed on an existing fence) which acts as an antenna and which defines the limits of the authorized or protected area. The collar-receiver emits a noise as soon as the dog approaches the wire. If he goes nearer, he receives a spray which takes him by surprise and dissuades him from going further.
