Join Jean-Christophe Novelli for the ultimate cookery experience and a perfect gift for any lover of food. Includes luxurious overnight accommodation.
This one day intensive and instructive course is hosted by Jean-Christophe who will work with you in creating a specially designed menu. His passion for food and creative excellence is passed on at every opportunity as you learn how to select flavours and seasonings and work with some of the finest ingredients available. The day is very relaxed and informal, yet professional, and Jean-Christophe is with you throughout the day.
The Intensive Masterclass will commence at 10:30-11am and includes: * Champagne reception * Seasonal designed menu with recipes * Wine tasting and appreciation lecture * Hands on, practical and technical advice * Novelli Academy Masterclass Certificate * Photo call and signings with Jean-Christophe * One night stay at the 4* Sopwell House Hotel in a single room, including breakfast The Masterclass will end at approximately 5pm.
On purchasing this experience you will receive a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to contact the supplier direct to arrange your course. Courses run on selected days throughout the year. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. There will be a maximum of 8 people per course.
