Attractive and colourful, these baking moulds are made from Ceradon©, a pottery exclusively developed by Emile Henry. Ceradon© is chip resistant and has a high resistance to large differences in temperature. This means that you can transfer your pie dish from freezer (-20ø C/0ø F) to oven (+250ø C/+500ø F) with no shock effects. Ceradon© has an extremely hard glaze, making it nearly impossible to scratch. Products made with Ceradon© are also very easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher ? the big pie dish is no exception.
