The Mandoline Classic is a compact slicer, having a folding upper foot to allow direct cutting into a bowl. The foot also has a very sturdy grip for those who prefer to work from the kitchen unit. It is light and easy to handle, whilst offering a large receptacle, allowing more products to be cut at any one time. It is very easy to clean, by either hand or in the dishwasher. The pusher and slider also mean that there is never any direct hand contact with the blades ? a perfect combination of practicality and safety!
