LUXURIOUS FRUIT CAKE WITH BRANDY FROM CELEBRITY PATISSIER, ERIC LANLARD
This is not a traditional fruit cake, but it’s the most delicious and luxurious by miles, and is so moist and full of fruit and nuts that it will melt in your mouth.
Created by celebrity patissier, Eric Lanlard, of Savoir Design, it is made using the finest ingredients including delicious fruits from South Africa and of course a lot of brandy – a rich and very moist fruit cake. Decorated with a mix of glazed nuts and glace fruits gilded with 24 carat gold leaf for extra glamour.
Eric’s cakes taste as good as they look and are made on the premises in Savoir Design’s Kitchen at Cake Boy in London. He has provided celebration cakes to celebrities like Madonna, Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley (to name but a few!) and takes pride in every one of his creations so you are guaranteed quality and perfection.
