The seat angle has been increased in response to feedback from professionals who have advised an optimal angle for those suffering from back pain.
The base is wider to provide you with greater stability and improved typing comfort.
The knee pad is adjustable in reach amd depth to better accomodate people of varying heights between 5 feet 2 and 6 feet
The height adjustment makes it simple to find a comfortable height for working at a desk or table.
As we have been constantly fine tuning our product you can be assured that it will go together easily in minutes, and, that the instructions that are included are in clear English, with good pictures to accompany them. In case of any (exceptionally rare) difficulty in assembly, our helplines, staffed by people who really know how they work, are available 9am to 9pm 7 days a week on a national UK non-premium phone number.
We are so confident that you will like this chair, that we offer a completely no obligation right of return for 10 days following receipt. All we ask is that you return the chair to us in good condition with the packaging for credit within ten days. In three years we have had just two returned. Truly testament to the products quality and usefulness.
