You will need to bring your swimsuit for the spa areas, trainers and training wear for the Gymnasium and outdoor trainers for any outdoor activities (hikes, walks, classes). Just remember you need to feel comfortable throughout.
The minimum age is 16 and any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. You mustmake the Resort aware of any dietary requirements or allergies before the date and some treatments are not suitable for various reasons.
