From their small split level winery at Ventheuil, on the North side of the valley from Epernay, The Dubois family create top quality chamapagnes from blends of the three traditional varieties. Ably run by Mme Claudy Dubois, they grow and vinify all their own wine in the traditional fashion. This wine is produced from 60% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir with 10% Chardonnay, giving it the forward softness characteristic of Mme Dubois Champagnes. |
