5-6 years (height 116cm, 26"-28" chest)
7-8 years (height 128cm, 30" chest)
9-11 years (height 140cm, 32" chest)
12-13 years (height 152cm, 34" chest)

If you require lower case, rather than capital letters, please state clearly in the special instructions box in the checkout. Please also bear in mind that the longer the name the smaller the letters i.e. TOM will be bigger than ELIZABETH (compare the size of the names Cate and William in the photo).
